Chinese|EnglishXuping South Expressway is a key construction project of the "tenth five-year plan" of Henan Province, and also an important part of the "three vertical and three horizontal" expressway network planning. The 20th contract section contracted by the Group was started in May 2002, and the construction period was 20 months. The project cost was 82,803,600 yuan, which was completed in January 2004. The contents of the contract section include: subgrade earthwork, bridge, culvert and protection and drainage works, etc. One bridge (Yanzishi Bridge, 309.56 m), Xuchang to Nanyang expressway project, was awarded as "2008 Highway Traffic Quality Engineering Award" by China Highway Construction Industry Association.
